Sheet metal punching system with splitter punch for mild steel

Operation:

By means of spanner or by means of a hydraulic device.

Suitable for mild steel (F = 370 N/mm

) sheets of thickness:

1.5 mm with screws Ø 6.0 mm

2.0 mm with screws Ø 9.5 mm

3.0 mm with screws Ø 19.0 mm

Pre-drilling: screws Ø 6.0 mm: Ø at least 6.2 mm

screws Ø 9.5 mm: Ø at least 9.7 mm

screws Ø 19.0 mm: Ø at least 19.5 mm

n Apply grease to tension screws! Metal lubricating paste protects from

wear and seizure.

n For hand operation, tension screws with ball-bearings (BB) have to be

used.

n Accessory (tension screws, pre-drill, ...).
